Why did The Machine (via Root) tell the kid that she knew she couldn't win?

Actually it said who will survive. I still maintain that Sarah Shahi is pregnant and the reason it hasn't been advertised is that they don't want to give it away that she's leaving the show.

I still say that Sarah Shahi is pregnant. Look at her shape when she's walking around with Root in that coat she pulled out of the box. I think they wrote the plot around her pregnancy.

All those Samaritan agents - are they the ones who solved the Nautilus puzzles? I think we may see Claire again very soon.

It's exactly what they did after The Devil's Share last year. Lethe didn't air until mid-December and the subsequent episode didn't air until early January. I just hope they rerun Panopticon because I accidentally deleted it.

Why do people keep saying that? The numbers are pretty good for this show. It falls behind Chicago Fire just barely in total viewers. Once the DVR numbers come in, it goes to about 13-14 million people. That's good.

Well, John is invisible to Samaritan so that might be why.

There are so many posts about the low ratings of this show but I never see it in the numbers. People here and at EW are constantly talking about it getting cancelled and cutting short the story. I don't see that happening AT ALL. Am I missing something?

I LOVE that the show has highlighted what a great cop Fusco is. He handled her with such finesse. It was awesome.
