I live/vote in Oregon, where all voting is by mail. So we have no way of showing ID and just sign our ballot envelopes. They send a ballot to our registered address, we it out and return it wither via mail or at an official dropbox. The signature is the only way of confirming that we actually filled out our own ballots…

Those are the Souper Cubes, but they are EXPENSIVE for silicone moulds. I got some of the large square ice cube trays and they work great for all sorts of leftovers. They make perfectly portioned servings of cooked grains! I have to use a few cubes of things like broth since they’re under 1C per square, but it thaws…
