Why do photographers always slightly ruin their photographs with these silly names?

There have been many studies on this, and generally, no - people can not tell the difference between organic and regular products. Eating is a multisensory experience, much of which is determined by preconception. So if you think organic food tastes better, it does.

My SO and I live together. It’s great. Then again, we’re in our late twenties/early thirties; we know, living-wise, what we like and, more importantly, what we HATE. Piles of filth, unwashed dirty dishes strewn about, etc.

The problem lies both with Hollywood executives (who, as a rule, are hacks) and directors who unerringly strive to make unwatchable “dark and gritty” superhero films, which by this point are box office cyanide.
