The plural of diagnosis is diagnoses, for one. I spelled all of my diagnoses correctly as well.

Clearly, your lack of empathy, callousness, desire to provoke and general indifference to suffering are all characteristic of a whole gamut of personality disorders; namely, Anti-social, schizotypal or schizoid personality disorders would be my top three picks. I’m leaning most towards schizoid though.
