I’m curious as to why it's harrowing. (I've never seen it but I do have family members that watch it...I just don't want to have to subscribe to ANOTHER streaming channel). Why should people who are creating fan art for (what I presume to be ) a neo western soap be more harrowing that the latest comic book or sci fi

It might be a huge deal within your sphere of media awareness, but “putting things on YouTube” really didn’t qualify for that.

Actually, I loved seeing the whole cheesy production number. And I’m not sure why we need a glimpse of the next released project when it is already in the theater.

What if "our" Strange is actually the evil one?

Yeah, i agree that it wouldve been an amazing surprise if it wasn’t spoiled by the trailers. even though i’m curious as to why Loki was surprised that the Hulk was there when everyone is wearing Hulk masks and putting a giant hulk face on the side of a Building Of Champions housing project

I had no idea hulk was in it until the trailer. My wife didn’t know hulk was in it until she saw the movie.

RoS is the ultimate video game Final Fantasy movie. The characters bounce from place to place with the thread-barest reasons to do so, and it ends with EPIC BOSS MONSTER fight, with powers that don’t make any sense but look good in the animated cut scenes.

My wife could care less about boba Fett, and wants to know when the next Mandalorian season starts because she wants more baby Yoda. And it kinda felt like to me that the Grogu phase of Mando is pretty much over..... And I'm left wondering, beyond typical SW fan sites, how much success of Mando really was due to Grogu

Zach Snyder would be a better choice.

Yeah, it doesn't have to be the same Kingpin... It's like the same actor playing different JJJameson in the different Spider-Man movies; Vincent played a great Kingpin in daredevil; I'm not sure why you'd want to take a chance on someone else playing him.

My only question is that this article really doesn’t say how the game makes it’s black characters black by “redifining” it. From the article, all I got was there’s Protagonist A and Protagonist B...both of which just happen to be black.

I’m assuming she’s had leading actress status over seas.

I never though that Russel Crowe “embarrassed” himself in Les Mis. His singing voice is perfectly fine if you are the lead singer in a rock band, for example. He just doesn’ t have musical theatre singing chops. So he just sang the way he usually does, and it just came off as a different take than what one is used to

And really, I’m not convinced that Black Panther is that great of a film. I mean, it’s a movie whose main plot point is an “enlightened black culture” that requires tribal fights to the death to determine who is the king.

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking, actually ( sort of like Bob Parr working the insurance industry at the start of Incredibles). Sure, Bizarro may be attacking the museum downtown....but I’ve got to get down to the school planning commission meeting.

I agree that the D+ TV shows are MUCH more interlinked with the “universal storylines” than the movies. There is a certain aspect to the shows where they deal with the fallout of the events shown in the movies, whereas the movies just kind of hint that there was fallout.

Yeah, that’s what I don’t get. Everyone talks about how interconnected the movies are.... But for the most part, it’s just 1-minute post-credit scenes advertising for a future known project. Aside from the obvious team -up movies, pretty much all of the movies are standalone with a hidden Easter egg here or there just

90% of the game should be about being a beat reporter for a newspaper.

Based on the amount of charts-and-graphs the data analysis group produces at my work, I think it’s fairly easy to determine “was it worth it” considering HBO ( or Netflix, or insert streaming service here) are getting pure un-refined data directly into the systems of who is watching what at what time for how long. With

It’s fairly easy to track. Watch for new subscriptions and see if the first movie they watch is Justice League. Did they cancel the account after the first month or so? Did they watch any other offerings or just Justice League 5 times?
