Except that it’s an industry standard practice that all minor actors need to be accompianied with another adult on movie sets.

Well, a big part of the Fisher thing is that much of his complaining was centered around how much of his character was removed from the Whedon version....which happens ALL OF THE TIME in movies...as proof of wrongdoing.

Well, it was the lowest-watched series on TV, potentially historically lowest-watched. Easily the only series to be so lowly-watched yet still get 4 seasons.

Is there a reason why Cavill couldn’t play a black Superman?

I always wished Warner Bros had set their DCU in the pulpy 20's-30's-40's. I know it woulda thrown the budgets up the yazoo, but oh well.

I have had a couple different people on Facebook that they get all of the information from “all of the news” ( unlike liberals who only watch CNN and the main networks ). In all cases, when asked to list what “all the news” means, it is Fox News, OANN, and Joe Rogan’s podcast, with 1 person also adding Dan Bongino.

In one great example, we see a cockpit POV of a fighter about to go down, then cut to an exterior shot as that ship crashes, only to have that same shot move down to create a new establishing shot for the ground battle with rebels running frantically in the foreground.

All the light sabre fight scenes at the park will be slow motion versions of the gif from TPM.

Cars used to have automatic radio antennas that managed to not be floppy. You could reinforce the “tape measure” tube with something like that.

My wife bought me the new Haunted House amusement park ride with a working drop ride as the main feature. It was kind of repetitive (since the drop ride fits in a tall tower)...but WORKING DROP RIDE!!!

What about Aquaman’s “my man” moment? Or “martha”

I would argue that Wanda’s character is going to be a LOT different going forward.

He’s a friendly NEIGHBORHOOD Spiderman. He’s off stopping muggings and car jackings in the boroughs. He doesn’t have time for dealing with monolithic world trade organization issues in downtown Manhattan.

Ratatouille is one of my favorite films for a lot reasons, I think mostly because it shifts gears so effortlessly between different genres and winds up telling a bunch of little stories instead of one big one.

THAT’s EXACTLY WHAT THE LORE PODCAST GUY SAYS!!!!

Hey, it worked with going into the past to find some whales to bring to the future. Why not Chris Pratt?

Yep. To me the prequels aren’t that great as movies and the human performances are generally not well directed...however....

While no one is asking for in depth character studies, there’s no reason why you can’t have giant fighting monsters without stupidness.

This sound a lot like an oldish RPG called “Sons of Liberty”. Which has been described as what if the founding fathers were like Mortal Kombat characters.

I don’t think it’s weak at all. In fact it’s probably horrifying. Imagine the chaos that would ensue if the world population instantly doubled overnight ( the food chain alone would be in havok). And now that new population is given priority over the originals.
