I think that one of the hallmarks of atmospheric gothic horror is that physics of the environment have a tendency to make no sense. It adds to the otherworldliness.

The most amazing thing about the TTGo! clip is the whole “fighting crime in the dark” is KEWL line....which is exactly how the Robin in the live-action clip is portrayed.

I love Blades in the Dark.
