you can either take the phone back for a full refund or get a free bumper case... so there is no reason to be unsatisfied. They're not forcing you to keep the phone. Anyone complaining at the point is just doing it out of being a ass and being one of those people that are never satisfied with anything in life.

Unlike BP, Apple has loyal fans and others just waiting for the iphone4 to be fixed so they can buy it. The media will try to make Apple look even more worse (they're already f'ing up themselves), but in the end the iphone4 sales will continue to climb.
