I think there's a legit case against him in the "disappointment about gay marriage department" even with respect to his consistent "civil unions

@kwoods001: No. It is in fact a big deal — she is the FIRST trans woman presidential appointee, and to not mark that does a disservice to both her accomplishments to become a super competent candidate, as well as to the community that had to fight society so it became possible for her to has this opportunity.
