Exit polls are a better sample. Pre-election polls are simply people who are willing to take a phone survey. Exit polls are anyone who's willing to talk for 10 minutes after practicing their democratic right. Maybe I'm projecting, but I'd hang up on a phone survey or X out of an internet survey. But I'm okay with

Sexist

Hey, at least Trump's idea of limiting imports from companies that ship jobs overseas (thereby denying them access to an American market) is better than just raising the corporate tax rate. I want corporations to pay more taxes too, but it's too easy for them to dodge them and I don't see how to fix it. If we could

A Republican has only one the popular vote once in the past 27 years (spanning seven elections)

One of the better things I saw on Facebook was that the protests are only partly for fear of what Trump will bring. We still have at least some faith in the political system that should make the blatantly terrible things Trump promised impossible.
The protests are because of the voters. Trump didn't just had a racist

I think they're just mad that Professor Bruttenholm got to him first.

So do I. There's no place where the speed limit is 64.

Mighty Morphin' Power Bottoms

Evil Dead's pretty good.

Yea, I'm sure 2016's Ghostbusters rwas terrible (I simply don't like Paul Feig and think there were better actors for a female-led reboot), but despite the original being one of my favorite movies I didn't feel the need to like, complain about it or dislike the trailer.

God, I love how mean he is to Trump there.

"a recent rash of sexual assaults" They mean, like those handful that popped up 2 years ago?

To be fair to NBC News, the study itself is pretty flawed. Clearly structured around a hypothesis not the other way around.

The "driving while high" argument is one thing I've struggled with. Sure, drunk driving is WAY more dangerous, but pot can still impair your ability. The problem is that there's no real good way to enforce it yet. So we're
A. Risking what you said… putting harsher punishments on people who aren't actually impaired
B.

Yea, they were like, "Why is he talking so much?! Is he okay?"

There's almost one good argument: "More kids are getting expelled for pot now that it's easy to get"

I had a buddy that spent so much time high around my parents that the first time in like, two years, he was at my house while not high they asked if he WAS high.

That's interesting… the drugged driving stat is willfully wrong. Sure the percentage of people with marijuana in their system after a fatal crash has increased. But the total number of fatal crashes has DECREASED. So all the stat proves is that more people had marijuana in their system after the push to get weed

That's probably unlikely given A24's success with getting smaller films into multiplexes.
