I agree, he's shown partiality to Carter, calling her Joss sometimes and always making sure she was safe. Also, he seemed to talk to her openly at times, with trust.

I am mystified by Reese's inability to change clothes. Simmons has put out a photo of him in a suit—CHANGE THE SUIT!! Is it painted onto your body, or what? Reese's only attempt at a disguise is in the ambulance, where he wears a cap and holds the speakermic in front of his mouth.

Lili Taylor's role so far has not been complex. She frowns a lot, looks overwrought. We need some backstory on Capt. Maldonado. I'm sure they'll get around to it.

Well, Em has not been the architect of anyone's happiness, especially her own. She's been too busy ruining lives to build anything meaningful. So I do not believe a happy ending is in the cards for her, and I would be disappointed if the creators tried to force one.
