This reminds me of the comments some dudes make about why there are no women working in tech. There is always this story they give about this one time a few years ago when they interviewed that one woman and she sucked.

I think I read that in India and Russia and Japan that women are much more represented on the higher degree level than in the US, where we believe math is a sex-linked trait.

There is a corollary to this that women don't know the magics behind mobile and other technology and software. They cannot be in the core team for the creation of such.
