I hope we do this on a federal level. Like Postal and telecom protection laws. I think a movement to do this would be effective like the huge Net Freedom response that many blogs and companies openly supported.

I think this is framed on the idea that a free-loader is a loser. And a person not holding up the household responsibly is a loser and if you have kids, you should support them.
