A game like galaxy only comes out once every console generation. And the Mario Galaxy games didn't come out until midway through the Wii's life cycle.
I do agree that the marketing teams could do better.
However I also believe word of mouth from game sites can help too.
Which aside from Kotaku and Nintendo centric sites-

Does it honestly matter?

There shouldn't even be a trial.
Just a judge saying watch what you say and go home.
I don't even know why he was put in jail.
In fact, that's the only thing they should of done.

I may get that laptop.
I want more than just a gaming laptop afterall.
I want something that can also handle other programs like the entire Adobe Suite and Paint Tool SAI.
Especially when I want to work on big files.

I understand the kid shouldn't of said that.
But come on now. Is he really still in jail?
It's clear that he doesn't pose a threat.

I don't think they will move systems, but I hardly really hear many game critics giving the dog a bone when it comes to at least crediting them for listening to the fans and giving them new IP.
I keep seeing the same tired arguments of no new IP's all over forum threads.
And if that interview Kotaku did with Iwata a

Zombie U showed a great way one can utilize the gamepad.
The sketches on the Armikrog Kickstarter displayed that too.

Pikmin 3 and Wonderful 101 have showed what people can do with the gamepad.
The thing is- does Nintendo really need to put the ideas in everyones heads for them to see what you can do with something like

You are able to completely turn of the 3D function on the 3DS. I have mine off for a majority of the time.

It's perfectly fine if you just don't find any interest in the games.
However at least acknowledge that they make new IP and don't ignore it for the sake of having something against Nintendo.
Which is what I've been

I guess Zombie U wasn't good enough.

I can't for the life of me understand why everyone hated the backpack element.
That literally makes it that much more scary.
I mean really, in real life, you really CAN'T SEE your surroundings when scavenging for things in bags.
It made the game that much more tense when you take the

I acknowledge that it's just...*sigh*

I just had to let this out. I really do.
Especially when I'm on the Escapist. I just cannot stand the hypocrisy there.

They are about to come out, and enough people on various forums have already stated that they have no interest in purchasing those games because of the Wii U.

They do create games on par as the big three.
Last time I checked Pushmo and Dillon have gotten great reviews across the board, and they made enough sales for a small e shop sequel.

We are the ones that choose which games becomes a big hit. They could make a masterpiece, but if nobody wants to buy it, what is the point?
I

It's a double risk.
Wonderful 101 and X were both displayed on E3, and it's hardly talked about as much as the other titles at the convention.
Which if that is the case, they could possibly risk putting loads of money adverstising the games, and still generating no interest because it isn't the usual suspects.

And that is where the problem lies.
It doesn't interest you, but have you at least tried it?
I'm not saying you HAVE to like those games, but if all anyone cares about is Mario, Zelda, and Metroid, and everything else is a pass, then why even complain about their lack of variety?

Nintendo always brings out good games.

But if it's a new IP, then how many people do you think would care for it?

I'm not saying your wrong.

However it seems that anything that utilizes the gamepad in any unique way is brushed off by anyone not a Nintendo fan as a "gimmick" and promptly ignore the game.

Because it seems for all our complaining about the state of the industry, we are upset that Nintendo doesn't join the foray that is two companies slapping their dicks at each other to see who can get the most "hardcore" fanbase of "mature' games.
Meanwhile Nintendo has literally done the same thing it's been doing

Wouldn't that still be totally reliant on the company that owns Dungeon and Dragons to make the game on the Wii U?

Nintendo doesn't really have control over that.

But then people will complain that they aren't trying anything new and are instead riding the nostalgia train to garner sales.
They are making a new Yoshi's Island game for the 3DS, and all anyone could say was how it's a cheap ploy to utilize childhood games for money because they can't think of anything new.

Here is the thing.
People complain about Nintendo using the big three IPs to move sales.
People demand that Nintendo make new IP's.
This comes from gaming journalists and gamers alike.
Nintendo comes out with Wonderful 101. New IP under Nintendo, everyone says it's not enough to get a WiiU.
Pikmin comes out. Hasn't had a

And if I've learned anything about hardcore fans in Pokemon, they tend to be complete assholes and whiners to boot.
Use a move that doesn't conform to their "rules"?(Like Minimize) called cheater.
Use a "banned" Pokemon? ?Cheater.
They will completely drive away the main demographic of the game. Which are causals and
