That is the most manipulative graph I’ve ever seen in my life. The bar for 740 million is basically triple the size as the bar for 640 million. Meanwhile, the staffing level chart starts off in the middle of the graph, and represents a gain of 2000 employees as a doubling of the baseline, and a loss of 3000 employees…
