@roninpenguin: it might have a lot to do with with moto's crappy camera software. try downloading Vignette in the market and see if you get better pictures with it.

"Viewing requires either a Mac® running Safari® on Mac OS® X version 10.6 Snow Leopard®, an iPhone® or iPod touch® running iOS 3.0 or higher, or an iPad™."

@rathat: Setting a match to it would be a good start.

@El Pollo Loco: Looks like I edited my post to say basically the same thing you said. Sorry about that.

@gstatty: You know, it really does no good to check for updates on Verizon android phones. When it's ready to update, it will let you know. I'm not really sure why they even include that 'check for system updates' selection in the settings.

@D.mobile: It would be worth mentioning that while MS might come out kicking major ass, I really doubt that Apple or Google will be patiently sitting on their hands during this time of major MS ass kicking.

@saxgod: Do you use a case on your Evo? If so, check out the Innocase Surface case from Seidio. It's a very thin and snug case, and if it's anything like the one I have on my Incredible, it keeps the lens from being damaged when sliding across desks and such.

@rcs914: If I had to choose between the X or Incredible, I would pick the Incredible. It is the best phone on Verizon at the moment, IMHO.

To be quite honest, I find it more offensive that people actually watch Adult Swim.

@pixelpushing: I suppose I deserved that, but I would prefer drinking the beers if you don't mind. :-)

@Tony Kaye: My apologies for acting like a dick. I've been trying to quit smoking, and it hasn't exactly been going stress free. No excuse really, but just an explanation. Anyway... I really don't agree with a lot of what is posted here, but I will refrain from acting like a raving idiot in the future.

@Tony Kaye: Okay, I gave it some thought... I don't owe you anything. Take this star and shove it up your ass. I will move on to the other (better) sites that actually report news, instead of adolescent 'journalists' posting 'POVs' about whatever tabloid-ish topic fancies them at the moment. I mean, it will be a

@metronome49: Don't you hate it when people try to say when you should or should not be pissed?

@daveNYC: True, but the thing to remember is that the smartphone market is still growing. There are many Verizon customers who haven't purchased a smartphone yet.

I went out with an old friend (and iphone user) this past weekend. I was not really familiar with iphones, and he wasn't really familiar with android phones. Being the dorks that we are, we traded phones for a few minutes to see what exactly we were missing. This only took a few minutes... He hated my android

Thank GOD you put all of this together for us. We are SO fortunate to have been graced by your totally super awesome opinions. After all, if you say it then it must be totally true, right? Exciting news! ... that is, it WAS exciting news when most other tech sites reported this several months ago...
