Helen Mirren wishes she ages that well. I’ve seen Cassandra up close and she looks at minimum 20 years younger than her actual age, which is pretty amazing considering her admitted use of drugs in the 70's that generally works the other way around.

My friend and I often quote the “Did you see that ridiculous display last night?” line. My favorite bit is in the closing credits when they show what is clearly O’Dowd fucking around after he drives the car into the trailer when they were escaping the cops. “Who closed the doors?” And then you hear laughter from the

Why?

That’s the wrong take as the problem here isn’t holding the humans up to the AI’s expectation of perfection. The AI is unable to realize that looking at your mirror IS safe driving just like Tesla AI can’t recognize a firetruck parked in the middle of the road.

I just live by the motto that most cars in the Jackson, MS area have bodies of varying conditions in the trunks. It’s done me well so far.

I just saw that the other day on Berry’s IMDB page and told my friend. He didn’t really believe me at first and had to check himself. The smile on his face was so huge when he saw it himself.

No, there are a lot more bad than good. It’s just that we don’t remember the bad as easily. MASH and Alice stood and maybe even outshined the fame of the films that brought them to the small screen, but you have a ton of others like Uncle Buck, Gung-Ho, Ferris Buellers Day Off, Hondo, Shane, etc.

If the truck sells well, Tide will just come up with one of those hose attachment things.

It’s pretty much the same with any pop culture monster. The rules are pretty much on a case by case basis as long as their is some semblance to the overall stereotype. The voodoo zombie is someone who has been resurrected and turned into a slave. They’re still intelligent, but have no will or purpose of their own.

I also wish that the guy they hired for Tony Stark didn’t sound like Jack Black doing an RDJ impersonation.

I know that they have that tubing there, but I’d want a full plate guard there protecting my legs from those tracks.

They had a show a while back “Howe & Howe Tech”. They built a lot of interesting machines with interesting uses. Even though they couldn’t talk explicitly about it, they did mention getting a contract for a movie vehicle that was clearly the Fury Road job even though the delays put its release back after the second

Doesn’t matter as it’s already shown that he has all but the Mind Stone, which was what made Vision and is being brought to Thanos by the survivors. Also, teleporting is useless after all flesh has been zombie-fied. Snap and make new flesh.

Once again, they were going to make the cure in Wakanda because it was supposed to be safe. The last shot is going through the shield to show that Wakanda had fallen to the zombies with Thanos holding the gauntlet. The implication is that they’re fucked.

The zombies in the Marvel stories since they were shown to still be intelligent. Instead of snapping half of the universe’s population out of existence, zombie Thanos could keep snapping in more flesh and brains.

But the last image is zombie Thanos. It gives you hope by saying that Wakanda was spared the zombie plague and then dashes it with that. The whole Avengers and Wakandan Army couldn’t defeat regular Thanos. What chance do Spidey, Black Panther, and Ant-Man’s floating head have against a zombie Thanos?

My friend and I were talking about this the other night. It’s not so much the darkness, though they shouldn’t have had three back-to-back episodes with that kind of ending. It’s the fact that you’re really not going to get the outrageousness that a What if...? story can bring. We’re never going to get the ‘What if the

The Zombie episode ends with a zombie Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet missing only one stone. The stone that the Avengers are bringing right to him. The implication is clear. I will note that a zombie story where everything looks hopeful but has the rug pulled out at the last moment is very on brand with the genre.

It’s two different viewpoints on similar experiences, which I like. DT spends a lot more time in the lead up to his adventures working on the vehicle. Mercedes is more ‘we threw a bunch of shit in the back and went fucking crazy’. Each one hits a different part of my brain to create the same reaction. Pure enjoyment.
