Agreed. That was uncomfortable to watch. The Simpsons has fallen so far over the years. They just need to put it out of its misery already.
That was my sense as well. Also, even if he’s just doing it for a paycheck, who here would honestly turn down easy money to stand around on a green screen set for a few hours and yell at Drew Barrymore to shut her face?
Yup. Installing uBlock Origin is the first thing I do with any new computer. I don’t understand how anybody browses the internet without it.
But we can dream of an extremely dangerous roller coaster based on Twilight Princess’s Spinner, can we not?
The only Stanley cup that I’d wait 5 hours in line to get my hands on is the actual Stanley Cup.
...he explained what he’d like to work on if (and when) he gets back to making games, which includes Okami and Viewtiful Joe sequels.
Maybe they’re highlighting the action for the purposes of the trailer, but it just doesn’t feel like TLOU to be running around and blasting everything in sight. That’s only supposed to come after you get spotted, and there wasn’t enough panicked throwing of molotov cocktails while trying to craft more health kits.
I noticed that too. I wonder if it’s a new enemy type or just a glitch that got missed when they put together the trailer.
Famously, I once had to use the bathroom badly after a long commute.
...I’ve felt lucky to have a job that I look forward to doing every day, at a website full of people I adore. With the exception of Beth Skwarecki...
They moved Siri, which used to be a long press of the home button, to the side button, so they had to come up with a different way to turn off the phone than a long press of the side button.
If there’s anything that my years in medicine have taught me, it’s that the answer to the question of “is my kid dumb enough to do [insert dumb idea here]?” is always an emphatic “fuck yes.”
While I’m sure any voice acting role is better than no voice acting role, I wonder what Square Enix would have done if he had been offered, and accepted, a role in another production that was more substantial than “generic NPC” but not as good as Vincent. Would they have sheepishly been like “oops, just kidding, we…
Seriously. The only reason in this entire article is the OG version might become a collector’s item at some point. In reality, the only reason not to buy the Slim, which has the same functionality, with more storage space, in a form factor that has an outside chance of fitting on a smaller TV stand, is the possibility…
I’m not foolish enough to assume Ubisoft is going to change the direction of the series and make all future AC games like Mirage.
The wording of your article makes it sound like this was never adjustable prior to iOS 17. I read this article and thought “wait, I could’ve sworn I made that change years ago,” followed the steps, and lo and behold, it had already been set to “fast,” so while “fast” and “slow” from prior iOS versions have been…
I completely agree, but this isn’t a new feature in iOS 17. It’s been in iOS at least since iOS 12:
It sounds similar to the Mobile Passport Control app that CBP already runs. I have Global Entry, but the last half dozen times I’ve had to pass through customs, the MPC app, which anybody can use, has been faster than the Global Entry kiosks, so this sounds like a net positive for everybody.
It’s hilarious that even Zuckerberg realized it was an unimpressive, boring piece of shit and was like “fuck this, let’s go back to the keynote.”
