“without consent”
However rarely is it this large of a $$ gap.
$35,000 before incentives. Right now, that makes it $27,500 after federal incentives. And if I’m reading this right, $21,000 after all incentives if you live in Louisiana!!
How is it an overstatement? Look at every car commercial. You’ll see something like $23,000 in size 60 font on your TV screen and in size 2 font on the bottom for 3 seconds it will say “Base model not shown.”
Wat? Yes they do. A tesla is still a Tesla, just as the base “corvette” is still a corvette, but a Zr1 is gonna run you another 75 to 100k.
It’s rarely that large of a gap between the base model and the top of the line model with the larger engine? You ever look at a 3 series or a C class? You’re looking at a minimum of $15k.
+1

Drive 310, charge for about 35 min and you’re already over 500 miles
Also, stopping for a bit half way might have made the journey less of an issue, not more!
Sounds like a Tesla is not for you. A minivan ain’t for me neither. Ain’t choice grand?
With that reasoning BMWs, Audis etc shouldn’t exist. Or you know, chances are they are placing this as an entry level luxury vehicle for their lineup, so the pricing fits just fine.
With 84-month loans, by the time it’s paid off it is valueless :)
I just hope the lady can afFord the cost to fix her car.
Yeah, they appear to be brushing her off.
Probably didn’t have gap insurance...
I don’t know, maybe they lost Focus on what to do for their own citizens.
I think the city is just sweeping this under the rug, so to speak.
