Nothing is 100%. Definitely not impossible, but being suspicious if the snip really happened is pretty reasonable.

Not necessarily. People can get pretty lucky. Unprotected fertility rate is only about 50% per year, so all it would take is to flip a head 4 times in a row. Wouldn’t bet my life on it, but happens pretty easily.

Obviously it’s possible to still get a woman pregnant after a vasectomy, but REALLY unlikely. Most that do happen are within a few months of the procedure. Rate I saw quoted after 6 months is less than 1/2000.

I should have said may owe an apology. The story that seems to be coming out (and not completely clear yet for sure) is that this guy was the neighborhood drunk crazy guy. Who knows, this guy may be yelling outside their story 3 days a week. At this point we need to wait to throw anymore stones.

Seems people owe the deli owners some apologies after shitting on them for not letting the father into the store. There was much initial gnashing of teeth over that aspect of the story.

Yes. You can do food “happy hours” but no discounted/time limited drink prices

unless you card count (don’t even get started on that) the pass line is craps is the best (lowest house) odds in the casino. The “behind the line” bet (the “odds” bet) is actually a no house edge bet. Bet 10 bucks on the pass line, and put 10 bucks behind the line and hang around for awhile. Also the craps table is

agree. Add lime, and it’s a very basic (but fine) recipe. As far as texture goes, mixture of small dice and some crushed avocado, want a bit of both, for a nice texture combination. Acid both to cut the fat, as well as to keep it from turning brown really quickly. And definitely lime, not lemon. Who’d use lemon if

One of the funniest things I’ve ever seen

This is actually pretty common. Have taken out a number in my years. No way to sugarcoat this. The stench is truly mind boggling. People will notice some odor/discharge from the vagina, but when that thing comes out, it’s like getting punched in the face. I always warn the woman that it’s going to be bad. My nurse

To be fair, if Jaffar does take control, they are a major threat to the US

One minor quibble, cervical cancer screening is NOT “generally part of a Pap test” it is the main (and really only) point of the test. There is no Pap screen that does not include screening for cervical cancer.

She can also mention that at least the Pats cut ties with the murderer that was playing for them

Hmm, wonder if related to the surgical technique? Can those vessels be preserved with some techniques and not others? For certain, the full blood supply of the ovary, does NOT come from the uterus, the ovarian arteries come directly from the aorta, and not via the uterus.

Chuffed?

No problem. also confusing as the original article was edited after my first comment. The article original discussed risk of UTERINE cancer, and thus my initial comment. After author fixed it to ovarian, this whole chain became unnecessary!

although 5 year survivial rates for ovarian have gotten somewhat better in past decade. Not inevitably a death sentence anymore. Still pretty bad though

absolutely true. and no real good screening for it (hence the need for prophylactic oopherectomy in women at high risk). Uterine cancer can be screened for fairly easily for women at high risk with ultrasound plus/minus endometrial biopsy.

I meant just removing the uterus (which is what you would do to prevent uterine cancer) alone (leaving ovaries behind) does not cause menopause. While you won’t have periods without a uterus, you are not in menopause, and tend to have menopause at the age you would have anyway. She had her ovaries removed, and thus

She had the surgery to lessen her chance of ovarian cancer, not uterine cancer. If she wanted to eliminate that risk, she would just have removed the uterus. While removing the uterus eliminates periods, it does not put a woman into menopause.
