Yeah, but if you're sneaking sips from the bottles under the counter adding ice isn't typically part of the plan. Also, even cold I find it too sweet and thick.

That's the implication of the time loops. Either they or a different group have tried and failed multiple times.

On the show, I don't think Quentin and Julia hooked up in a sexual sense. It was more that they caught up with each other. Quentin told Julia that she was supposed to go to Breakbills but was prevented this time (loop) around. She also acknowledged that what she did to him was wrong. Then they geeked out on Fillory

Trying to remember my misspent youth. I can't quite recall whether Midori or Triple-Sec is worse. I will say that Bailey's straight is worse than either of them.

The impression I got was that it was just Quentin and Janet.

It is a messed up situation but consider the following.

Then again, maybe Jane only pretended to destroy the watch and after her conversation with Quentin near the end of the book and she decided to try one last time to get a better result . . . . and it didn't work out so well.

I really liked the exchange between Margot and the librarian about her name.

As a formerly 20-something male who has been in similar situations and did not partake of the offered delicacies, I found it out of character, particularly after some of the other statements both Q and Alice had made in previous episodes. TV show Q seemed more oddly more emotionally mature than his book counterpart.

This is one aspect that I really not sure if they plan to continue or not, given that Jane died a couple of episodes back.

I think the idea is that they have to master the hand gestures and focus by doing them slowly. Once they know what they are doing they can start doing them faster.

Wow, since I've started checking out these reviews I don't think I've read one that I was more in agreement with.

I've heard that it's been renewed. Can't answer the other ones.

The tomatometer is based on the % of positive scores versus the total number of reviews. Thus, a show or movie that everyone thinks is a little better than ok (say, everyone ranks it 3 out of 5 stars) can get a 100% tomatometer score even though no one thinks it's really all that great.

re:Alice - I would argue that she follows the book character pretty closely. (Slight spoilers) If they follow the book, she (and to a lesser extent Quentin) is being manipulated into a particular set of emotions and abilities for a particular event. Nothing about their relationship is entirely natural.
