No they’re so great. I love how it counts downs from 5, but doesn’t actually know how long 5 seconds actually is and fuck it, I’m staring at this Miller ad for 9 seconds. It’s GREAT.

Read: Gizmodo Media Group will have to pick a different, less fucking annoying advertising strategy.
I don’t have ad-blockers on my browsers, because I know it hurts the sites I like and that it’s a small price to pay to support my favorite sites.
I’m not sure if it’s your sentence construction, but are you suggesting that software doesn’t matter much to the average user? I’d say that’s the main reason people choose one brand over another.
“ she didn’t know she hit him”. Oh, okay, so your best defense is a reckless disregard for use of a fucking firearm? Like, I deal with a lot of homeless folks. Thanks to our broken mental health system, a lack of social services, and rampant drug abuse, it is totally possible for a homeless guy to, for want of a…
Given they’re using an infrared camera in the array as part of the scan, it makes me think a photo wouldn’t work because it has a flat temperature profile. Also, they’re using a dot-projector as well, so the 2D photo would read as a flat surface to that sensor.
He’d be a lot closer to being as cool as he probably thinks he is if he’d just shut up and taken it like a man instead of whining about the cops having better things to do, and on fucking Instagram of all venues.
This is silly, but that’s besides the point. You can’t ask for legitimacy while at the same time asking for special treatment. There are rules to the road and bikes and cars must follow them or there is chaos. And using the “there are murderers still running around“ or “no one was hurt” are the lamest of excuses. You…
Scanning a photo seems unlikely to work given the scanning of depth. That said - it would not surprise me if they find a way to easily crack this thing. Apple sort of begged the world to break it with their “one in a million” claim.
In his arrest post...
From my experience, it does that once a week and whenever the device is shut off and turned on, whether by the user or the battery.
It didn’t actually fail; the message on the screen was “enter your passcode to unlock faceid”; that happens with touchid in various circumstances. He shouldn’t have aborted .. he should have unlocked it, then locked it again with explanation, and then unlocked with face. Federighi fail.
No, it didn’t. If you looked at what was on the phone’s screen when it “failed” it was asking for a passcode to enable Face ID, just like current iOS devices do for Touch ID. Presumably, the phone had just been turned on or had been dormant for long enough to require the passcode.
Actually, you’re the one off base here. The key word here is “body”. They fit the larger screen into the a body smaller than the current iPhone 7 which has a 5.5 inch screen because of the legacy bezels. Taaadaaaaaa! Woof!
Obvious troll is obvious.
The iPhone 8's dimensions are larger than 5.5". But the display is 5.5" on the iphone 8, yet this is smaller but the screen is larger. Takes two seconds to understand this.
Huge difference between jumping on just-out tech, and jumping on just-right tech. Samsung jumps on just about everythign that moves. How many pointless curved TVs (that have been proven to INCREASE and AMPLIFY reflections and cause audio reverberations) are out there JUST because samsung HAD to use their flexible LED…
The difference being that Mustangs are not marketed as having an “Auto-burnout” feature.
Meh. Between the shitty players, the dumb online tournaments, the fact that they made everything expensive to force you to buy their stupid Rockstar money, I’ve stopped fucking with GTA online. At this point I’m thoroughly convinced that they keep doing updates to avoid giving us a proper DLC, WHICH I WOULD RATHER…
You and 27 other players parachute into different parts of the GTA Online map. You only have one life, and the map shrinks as you play. The biggest difference between this mode and PUBG is that instead of weapons dotting the map, you will find different armed vehicles.
