She was good in the Faith/Buffy body-switching episode, but yeah, she's not a stellar actress. I'd describe her as generally competent.
I would've liked to see Amy Acker in the role. Based on the Fred/Illyria transition, I think she could've handled it brilliantly.
She's bad at first, but her acting improves pretty noticeably over the course of Season 5. Although the character is still totally unlikeable - the pinnacle has to be the episode where they're all trapped in the house with a teleporting demon with a giant sword, and Dawn is STILL whining about not getting enough…
I did it thirty-five minutes ago.
I will watch/listen to anything Paul F. Tompkins is involved with, and I will read anything Michael Lewis writes.
"Rich 50 is middle-class 38."
"People pulled up beside me to see who just pulled that piece-of-shit move, expecting to see like a 100-year-old blind dog who's texting while driving. Instead they see a 28-year-old healthy man trying his best."
So, are they promoting Garrett to the main cast this year?
My favorite is Baking a Plain Cake.
If you said this to me in real life, I would literally fight you.
Technicality no down boo over?
congratulations, this is the only one of these jokes I've ever actually laughed at
I thought it made more sense to compare the two female Latina cops with diametrically opposite personalities. Gina's got her own weird thing going on in the corner over there.
I'm firmly #TeamSantiago.
Has anyone started a #TeamSantiago vs. #TeamDiaz feud yet?
She's really funny. You should listen to her.
I'm sorry, the correct favorite part of Season 6 is Once More With Feeling. No other answer is acceptable. The runner-up is that hilariously bleak montage in the second-to-last episode of all the horrible shit they've done to the characters during the season.
I'll third Alpha Protocol. It's come closer than any other game I've ever played to the whole "your choices affect the story!" dynamic. The order you do the levels in and your responses to the characters legitimately matters. I wish they'd gotten a sequel, because I think it would've ironed out a lot of the gameplay…
Microsoft owns the rights to the Banjo franchise now. I have BK and BT on 360.
