I don't think the Troy and Britta thing was necessarily a terrible idea. It was horribly executed in S4, and Gillian Jacobs and Donald Glover didn't have the necessary chemistry, but I don't think you can see that coming when you're initially planting the seeds.

In fairness, I haven't listened to this episode yet, so maybe he's okay. It'd be breaking a very long streak of intolerability, though.

I think he's said he's sort of playing a character during DLM, like a heightened, more annoying version of himself.

Thank fucking Christ someone beat Levine. Even if it is Pete Holmes.

I liked it, although I don't think Seth Rogen really understood how Would You Rather works.

No, the Internet doesn't like Megan Fox because she has a toe thumb. Get with it.

I'd agree with this. Just a quick throwaway line at the beginning of the episode: "Jon Stewart is away training to become a drone pilot" or "Jon Stewart is refusing to work because he's decided that Tuesday is his new Sabbath." Don't build mid-show bits around it, but just a quick acknowledgment for people who don't

I actually enjoy the anti-comedy stuff at times, but I agree that it didn't work here. Maybe it just doesn't play well with PFT's character work.

Underwhelmed by what they've put out so far.

Semi-related: I really, really wish there was video of the production of Othello with West as Iago and Clarke Peters (Freamon) as Othello. I would've, like, flown out to London just for that if I had watched The Wire by the time they were doing it.

@Catgun spoiler alert: it's New York.

Like Joel McHale eats carbs.

I want to see PFT and the other contestant openly band together to keep Levine from winning.

It's private now. I started watching it earlier, paused it and went to do something else, then came back and it had gone private. Very disappointing.

Samm Levine wins with a shutout.

This kind of feels like an overreaction to everyone telling Alasdair his grades were too high.

Eric Wareheim and Tim Heidecker are comedy cancer, and it is entirely justifiable to murder anyone who tells you that you just don't get their style. Discuss.

I think Mantzoukas as Gutterballs is the most subdued I've heard him on anything.

Who else is on the list? I hope Jon Hamm is!
