CABLE GUYYYYY. I love Jim Carrey in creep-mode. (as is obvious by my avatar)

slightly related: I just saw Maggie's Plan which was directed by Rebecca Miller and ahh Greta Gerwig as the titular character was so good.

Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor could have been AMAZING in the right movie and not forced to do a Gene Hackman impersonation

"Well damn Louis, I uh don't quite know how to tell you this my dear but I'm, I'm Superman" *grins awkwardly*

ah for a brief period in the 2000s it seemed like Michelle Rodriguez was poised to become the latina Nicolas Cage

I think Dumb And Dumber made that joke first "Whores Devours"

see, when I saw the second RE movie, I was knee deep in my adolescent obsession with those games and my response was, "What the hell did you people do to Nemesis??"

I love the ending of the first RE movie but then the second one just craps all over it by turning Nemesis into a blue eyed sweetheart

really? I mean, what? I think I just had a Berenstein bears parallel dimension moment because I remember seeing that movie and it starring Brendan Fraser

I'm fond of the first Resident Evil movie too

you leave Brendan Fraser alone!

I also forgot Blue Velvet

Movies named after popular songs that I can think of off the top of my head: there's this and "Love Potion Number 9" with Brendan Fraser and American Pie and Boys Don't Cry. That's all I got.

I like when Ali punches out Old Jazz Man

Oh I'm just waiting and fondling my rifle and waiting untll the new Power Rangers movies come out

When am I gonna be my Street Sharks live action movie? Or my Biker Mice From Mars? Or my shared universe series of films between the Ninja Turtles and all their 90s animal hybrid X-TREME knockoffs?? Hollywood can make this happen and they need to make this happen.

I was amazed to find out that Michael Bay was 50 years old and not a 14 year old horndog idiot. Then I see pictures like the one of him here and it all comes together.

to quote Mr Show, "I don't watch television.I don't even own a television. Notice I didn't say T.V. T.V is a nickname and nicknames are for friends and television is NO friend of mine! *heavy breathing* "

The books are worth your time if you were growing up with them as they came out. I really don't think they hold up without that layer of nostalgia that people of around my age have because of that.

I really think seeing Helena Bonham Carter as Marla Singer in Fight Club at about age 13 had a profound effect on the type of women I spent my early adult years lusting after
