Apologies, but why is it that..
Apologies, but why is it that..
This.
I know I’m a grey and my opinion will likely be muffled / lost here, but I wanted to comment directly to you. I don’t disagree with you. In fact, I firmly believe that the only way to extend our species beyond a normally scheduled extinction event is to better understand Terra Mater.
A bit late to this, but I think it really depends on the device. I’ve found it to be way better than Hoopla or Marvel U on my Pixel 3. However, a friend of mine was quite frustrated on his iPhone when the app released. I think it’s gotten better for him, but I know he was really disappointed in the experience at…
And, unlike Marvel, it has movies, TV shows, and original series designed for it. I’ve had Marvel Unlimited since launch. I’mm not in the camp of one company needs to win vs the other. Just saying, DCU is starting to look like the better value for the buck.
Thank you, Jason. Another amazing piece of journalism in an industry fraught with hyperbole, derogatory attacks, and "top ten" list.
I agree. Jason did an excellent job (per usual) of not blaming a single person and calling out that “leadership” was an issue, but not a singular leader. He also called out specific leaders that gave hope to a team that was feeling broken due to a lack of vision.
So, a P5 Battle Royal(e) mode?
Charles, I read and rarely comment, but I just have to say you are the top reason I keep coming back. Thank you for your fandom and perspective.
Specifically, "Android still sucks" articles.
Tried to edit with the below, but it was too long and too late
You're right. Vaping might be Parkland, Florida, but it sure as hell ain't Chicago.
Outrage of interwebs wanting the animated series to be “canon” without understanding what “canonical” means
Retroactive continuity isn’t really what is happening here. It’s a different writer telling a story in a different way. The character is 80 years old and the writer is taking liberty in telling a story with an arc that is important to them. The Morrison/Kubrick run started 10 years ago. It’s okay that another writer…
“though many scientists disagree” - citation please.
I think the point was more that VR isn’t to a mass market level. It’s still in a early adopter phase. Yes, companies will make gobs of money, but it isn’t something for everyone at this stage.
You’re comment about being locked with Sony and dependent on their continued support is also my biggest fear. Sony (nor any recent console if I think about it) has supported peripherals longer than launch year. Maybe a year after but nothing that resonates.
Yes, you are wrong and make ignorant, uninformed comments.
“or wifi w/ your phone”..ummmm, that’s exactly how they work. Google glass only works paired with your phone.
This is the actual reason Amazon is refusing to sell the Chromecast or Apple TV. It has nothing to do with “customer confusion” as they have claimed.
