What’s the problem here? It went above and beyond prank and got into malicious destruction, theft, and more. Even what the valedictorian cops to isn’t really acceptable in society, and her attitude toward it is grossly entitled.

I think that 21 Jump Street has a more interesting concept, so more opportunities for comedy and interesting plot points. Baywatch, the show, offers fewer interesting plot points so the movie is kind of a stretch.
