I must have missed it! I was convinced at some point they’d say they didn’t, like she decided against it or something. Given the way the show played with perception (masterfully), I half expected them to pull the rug out from under us and admit that, no, it didn’t happen.
Dear White People is an amazing show, and this episode especially sold it for me.
(but seriously, did Reggie and Sam hook up? Like, its heavily implied, but by the end of the season I’m still not sure).

Oh, I know that. The issue here is that it occurred outside of school, not in school
But as has been said, school isn’t a private place, so the 1st amendment applies. School doesn’t get to punish you for what happens outside of school (or rather, shouldn’t, because for some reason it does all the time).
