Counter-point - Erin was the one consistently great thing about The Office's later seasons, even if plenty of that came from the performance rather than the writing. Not to be all contrarian but I neither loved nor hated it. It was good and had some effective moments (and Smiley was incredible in his role) but parts of it fell flat for me and plenty of it just washed over me as a nice idea well done, but nothing more.
