It’s absolutely the great ideal of capitalism at work - exploit labor as much as possible to get as much work out of them for the minumim amount of pay. Maximum profit is the great ideal of capitalism. Profit is not maximized if a single extra cent is spent on materials, labor, or overhead.

What’s even the point of racing if cheating is “the fun, interesting part”? Just have a “Forged In Fire” kind of show where teams of engineers try to sneak mods past inspectors.

Hopefully most of the common categories would ban two-player mode anyway.
