I think it’s generally seen as “crawling back” by a lot of people because just like his return to the Fast & the Furious franchise (another move that will assuredly make him millions), it’s him coming back to a property that he has in the past tried to move away from.
It’s borderline refreshing to hear a story of a major Hollywood celebrity who’s just kinda shitty to work with. Like, not quietly racist / misogynitic / homophobic / transphobic, not a secret QAnon dipshit, not flexing his status for sexual favor, not an Armie Hammer-style sex cannibal. Just a chronically late dick, us…
Goddamn, please don’t write “New” along “Gravity Falls” and/or “Owl House” in the same title! (Unless there are actually new Gravity Falls or Owl House episodes in production)
There are a couple of gems in the small library of released games definitely worth playing. If you have a soft modded 3ds, the latest version of the Red Viper emulator allows you to play these with glasses free stereoscopic 3D.
People have been putting their junk into popcorn buckets for decades now, just usually from the bottom.
I’m sorry... I live under a rock sometimes.
Every company needs a focus group with at least a few GenZ, Millennials, & GenX on it. With their powers combined, they can weed out the accidental flesh lights.
How dare pc gamers not want to spend $500 to play a single game.
People would like to play games on the hardware they’ve already sunk considerable hard earned money into. Clear case of entitlement, obviously, for these losers to say “would be nice if this was on PC.” It’s like they’re putting a gun to these developers heads!
If they want us to play it then they should have released it on pc. I’m not paying 500$ for a new console for one game when I have a gaming pc.
Why any game is not released on PCs from the get go nowadays is utterly mind boggling.
Would love to play it if it was on a system I owned.
Marvel and Sony have all they need in Spidey’s extensive rogue’s gallery. Doom is a churl and a bounder. None approach the sublime, gentlemanly qualities of Turner D. Century.
I’m surprised and heartened by people not knowing who this guy is.
I still don’t understand Max doing an insanely expensive live action 10 year remake of the Harry Potter saga (which wasn’t some little throwaway thing, gazillion bajillion on box office and merch, merch that almost always takes after the films rather than any aesthetic described in the novels; also critically well…
Good point, considering that The Real Ghostbusters was an animated derivation of the original movie that was probably better than anything else ever made for the franchise.
It would be so cool if we respected animation enough to be satisfied with it as a medium. We are always getting live action remakes to some of the most well animated pieces of art. But yet we never see an animated adaptation of anything live action. At most, we get a movie turned into a 90s Saturday morning cartoon. I…
“mixed bag” ???
When buying isn’t owning, pirating isn’t stealing.
