Put it in a blender.

Many recipes specify a certain size package of an ingredient. When it calls for 16 oz and the size is 12 oz now I stop using that recipe and consequently use the product less.

I was wondering that, as well. If someone gets “pscyhologically” satisfied by eating a standard container of yogurt, I expect that container gradually decreasing by .1 oz every few months likely gets the same satisfaction (as long as the consumer is unaware.)

And if you actually took the time to look up the McDonald’s one you’d would know that it was not frivolous and that they offered to settle for just a bit over the medical bills but McDonald’s said no.

What bugged me the most about the paleo fad and now this is that, as much as it’s bad diet advice, it’s worse anthropology.

I suppose it was kind of daring at the time to have such a flawed lead character, especially a female one, but isn’t that a good thing? Male leads in comedies, like many of the characters Bill Murray once played (e.g. Peter Venkman and Phil Connors), can get away at being the occasional asshole, and since few of us

Correct me if I’m wrong (I’m certainly no lawyer, let alone a JD, PhD), but I don’t believe that Gaston differentiates between cooked/raw eggs. He just says that he eats 4 dozen eggs every morning to help him get large.

SAME.

*checks comment section first thing in the morning *
*sees Gaston reference*
*nods proudly*

Dead?

Roughly the size of a barge?

I wish that too.

It’s not just the eggs, the flour can be contaminated with salmonella/e.coli as well.

There’s actually an answer to this (which I admit you may be perfectly familiar with). And it’s simply that you’re not supposed to eat raw cookie dough that you can actually bake, because of the eggs I think. The “cookie dough” in ice cream can never be cookies. It lacks certain key elements that make it safely edible.

unilever’s no dummies. they know refined flour and hfcs are cheaper than dairyfat.

It also is pretty honest about the small town BEING kind of boring and lame (chain restaurants, etc.), without condemning it or the characters, or even really making fun of it. It struck me as a pretty fair portrayal; you totally understand why Mavis wanted to leave. And you totally understand how that doesn’t make

I thought Young Adult was about perfect in its dissection of Mavis as an arrogant trainwreck who’s the type of person who feels sorry for he ex because he’s (gasp) married to someone else. It was mean at times, but played fair.

An actually overweight actress would go against the “joke” though; the point is that even a close-enough-to-standard woman has confidence issues.

It would be a shit-load funnier because Aidy is trained actress and veteran improv performer. Although that doesn’t save any of Will Ferrell’s movies.

No. No they don’t. Same with “deconstructionist,” which they appear to think means “nihilist” or “trying to dismantle social institutions” or something similar.

and further to that, not to be harsh- it’s fine if your kids are the most important things in your life. Do not expect them to be the most important things in my life.
