I don't know how to choose Twilight Zone episodes. Every time I think of one I like I think of another three I love. And I haven't even seen that many (relatively speaking). Eye of the Beholder is actually one I never have.

My favourite episode is Lake Laogai.
Yep. It feels weird to always go back to 33, because I really did love that show, so it's not like I think it went downhill from there or anything, but that episode really knocked me on my ass. I quite liked the miniseries, enough to buy the first season blind (because it was cheap enough) but 33 was SO much better…
After the "an image of an Angel is an Angel" episode? lol
Ah, I get that. It is self-contained and not referenced. I just never thought of it as non-canon.
They better not remake Jurassic Park in my lifetime.
It's weird, I wasn't even on the fence about this movie, I was opposed to this movie, and resigned to pretty much seeing it out of obligation and being a glutton for punishment - nothing is ever going to live up to JP, and they should just leave it alone. But damn, I really like the title. I don't think I've ever been…
You say that, but you don't mean it.
I can't even begin to understand how the guy who made that movie got this opportunity.
Jonsi better sing over the credits OR THERE'LL BE HELL TO PAY.
I was about to make this same comment.
I thought the same, it's gonna have to be "stuff they mention on Who that makes us think about other stuff - real stuff".
I love 1602. Why do you consider it out-of-canon though? It's not contradicted by anything.
I hope you're talking about Doomsday.
Maybe when we get a decent amount of female characters? I know there's some Sansa/Margaery Tyrell shipping to be had, but Game of Thrones has an unusually high ladycount for genre programming.
The dark world is his anus.
"The film begins with a Daily Planet co-worker calling Clark Kent a dickhead"
Yeah, this does look like a major stylistic departure from Bebop & Champloo, which I adored. It looks more like Lupin the Third on molly. I'll have to give this a go though, just because I've enjoyed his work in the past, so I'd feel bad not giving it a chance.
SPACE boobies.
There isn't enough anime on io9.
