I doubt it, Whedon seems pretty committed to making that happen and I don't see why it would be of any interest to Marvel to prevent him from doing so.

The BBC has a fairly good track record for this sort of thing, their Morcambe & Wise biopic was very good, hear the Hawking one was great too. Looking forward to it.
