This is going to be the Edgar Wright's Ant-Man we never had, and the Thor movies have never exactly been dour affairs, so I don't know how anyone could complain. There's everything from a potential goddamn Jurassic Park reunion to a score by Mark Mothersbaugh in this thing for crying out loud, quit your bitching.

NPH going with a Sean Connery voice for his sea captain was a stroke of genius.

This casting has really driven home how few actors have "swaggering rapscallion" on their resume.

I really thought the stories would intertwine more than they did. I enjoyed it, but I was way more invested in the story within the story.
