It's weird that Mechanic:Resurrection can afford Statham when the Transporter series no longer can. Also, they got Tommy Lee Jones in that movie somehow… he's like the Ben Kingsley of talented senior citizens willing to appear in any movie that will have them.
You'd think directing three pretty good movies and working with David Fincher, Gus Van Sant, Richard Linklater, and Terrence Malick would get people off his back, but no.
Fincher would've used Benjamin Button technology, like when he had to make Brad Pitt small and wrinkly.

You're adding things to the analogy…how does the restaurant "wear someone down"? The restaurant simply makes sure it's an enticing, convenient option by being readily available and offering what prospective patrons might want.
