It is powered by USB. I forget if New Zealand uses the same plug as we do, but if it’s the wrong plug, just by a $5 USB wall charger from Walmart and you’d be good to go.

The Japanese version dumps Earthbound, Kirby’s Dream Course, Super Punch Out, and Super Castlevania 4 and replaces them with Super Soccer, Legend of the Mystical Ninja, Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem, and Panel de Pon. They also get Super Street Fighter 2 instead of Turbo: Hyper Fighting.
What an original take that has never been uttered in any news post ever about this or the SNES Classic.
Australasia?
The previous iteration includes all three Streets of Rage games, I believe.
That would require actual emulation effort. That’s way too complicated for AtGames.
Yea, because nobody’s gonna buy the Sega ones.
They are improved, since they include wireless transmitters instead of IR ones, but nowhere NEAR the Nintendo versions.
Apparently it was being made, but was cancelled when Inafune left the company to make Mighty No 9.
Yea, it’it’s going great...Unless you pre-ordered it at Walmart and they STILL haven’t shipped it yet. >_<
Really? You don’t know where this is coming from? A company that strives to be family friendly and something parents don’t have to worry about banning live streaming after the most popular YouTube gamer got in hot water for throwing a racial slur while livestreaming?
I think part of the reason is creative rut. Mega Man 10 made it pretty clear that gamers want something more from the series than “Mega Man 2 with new bad guys” but it seems nobody at Capcom has any idea on where to take the series.
Because I know there are people who will say “They need to spend time making the game, not the icon,” it took me less than 60 seconds, combined, on my phone, using the basic Gallery app, to make acceptable Switch icons for Sonic Mania and Kingdom: New Lands. And that includes searching for the actual images on Google.
No way would I trade Street Fighter 2 for Alpha. Super Street Fighter maybe, but Alpha played like shit on the SNES.
- I’m sorry, but HOW is Dream Land better than Super Star again? Not only does Super Star look better, include copy powers, give Kirby his nice hats, have some great minigames, switches things up from being too boring, and has Helpers, but it HAS a remake of Dream Land as one of its games!
I think the only reason it was was because you could access it from the Wii U. If the Wii U had been completely separate it would have likely been shut down years ago.
Multiplayer cannot, but the Wii Shop Channel ran on a different server, so it was unaffected.
Came in here expecting moral outrage. Did not disappoint. :D
Oh, the hit was definitely bad, all right. But it’s not really worse that when a WR leaps into the air to grab a ball and a the defender launches himself and the WR gets either sandwiched or flipped upside down and lands on his head.
But this comment section is acting like this was the Most Disgusting Hit in the History of Ever when it’s not.
