LOL. That’ll never happen. They haven’t even released all the episodes on DVD. Out of the 900 some episodes made, less than 100 have actually gotten a home DVD release.

If you mean the dub, no. I doubt TCPI will ever do anything to remaster the episodes or make them better than the super bright Viz DVDs. For one thing it would be a LOT of work since 4Kids tended to make a lot of cuts especially in early Kanto.

That would require TPC to acknowledge the episode exists. They don’t. They never will. As far as the anime goes, the only way you’ll see Porygon is during the first few minutes of one of the movies.

Well, that’s more due to the Pokémon Shock/Porygon Seizure Incident than actual remastering.

From what I understand, it’s not on Nintendo. Apparently, the SNES Classic has to be approved by the government (I think the FTC? It’s been a few days since I listened to the podcast where I heard this) but it hasn’t yet. Same with the XBox One X. Because of that, it’s literally illegal for stores to take pre-orders…

Part of it is because of the toxic idiots on other voice chat services. You might say that it’s the minority, but top Nintendo brass apparently experienced it themselves when they were looking into voice chat on the Wii U which soured them on the whole concept.

...Why are you yelling? Just talk normally. GameXplain did a test of the voice chat functionality and they were able to hear each other just fine speaking normally.

While it’s cool that he’s keeping every character as close to the originals as possible, one of the neat things about actual Smash is that you can have, say, Samus using a Fire Flower or Ganondorf use a baseball bat or Donkey Kong use a ray gun. Hopefully that is an option in this game if it actually makes it that far.
