I wouldn’t say it’s as bad as Energon or Kiss Players, but it’s not far off. The plot is nonsensical, there’s no actual “Combiner Wars,” characters are even more one-note than in G1, and many of the fights are just terrible.

After the thrashing the Orioles got from the Cubs last weekend, this Texas series has been great so far. Hopefully the team can use this series to springboard themselves to a decent winning streak.

See, I’m the exact opposite in terms of Bebop. My least favorite episodes are the 5 that deal with the whole Spike/Julia/Vicious subplot.

My mom, who hates most anime, actually really, really enjoyed Planetes. Didn’t really like the ending though.

The fact that Planetes STILL hasn’t been license rescued is a crime against humanity.

Personally, it depends on how far they go. If it’s just panty shots or accidental pervert crap, I’m out. But if the show a) actually has a plot and b) is not afraid of being perverted, I’m way more interested.

In other words, you don’t like standard shonen shows like Dragonball Z, One Piece, Naruto, or Yu-Gi-Oh!
