Unless you can prove that Manning is being treated any different than anyone else who committed the same crimes and who is repeatedly attempting suicide, being put in solitary for that is a non-story.

It’s kind of a difficult situation. She doesn’t do well with pressure, restrictions, or confinement. She’s a threat to others in the sense that she has angry outbursts, responds disprortionately to minor slights, and acts irrationally. If isolated, she becomes a threat to herself.
