I am a retired avionics tech, and I was the go-to guy for test benches on the USS Constellation. I got to play with all of them: Hornets, Super-Toms, Prowlers, Seahawks, Hawkeyes.

I use a text editor to do most of my writing, then copy and paste into what ever program I need for final formatting.

Not a single of these is helpful to me.
