There are regional limitations mentioned in the FAQ portion on the page that CrashingEchelon linked to. You might not see the available games if you are not in one of the 30 supported regions in the “Will Xbox Game Pass be available where I live at launch?” question in the FAQ.

On the flip side, I own a PS4 and Xbox One. I have Destiny on both platforms.
