Hell, same with Janey-E Jones. Her husband is a blithering idiot, yet when he fucks her good all of the sudden she's over the moon in love with him.

I don't know, Varys got from Mereen to Dorne then back to Mereen and on Dany's ships in about 10 minutes in last years finale.

Except soundtrack. And I doubt this kid has a silver jacket with a giant scorpion on it.

Louie has some weird ones. The one with the guy in the bunny suit comes to mind. Also the nightmare episode when that freak comes running into his doorway.

I watched season 2 knowing it ends on an unresolved cliffhanger, and that it wasn't renewed. No regrets, it was awesome. Loved this show.

I caught it on IFC or something not long ago. The French bad guys are way more annoying than I remember, particularly the main dude that's Stoltz's buddy. The part where they all go out and do a bunch of drugs is particularly bad. Eric Stoltz is as charismatic as wallpaper. The techno soundtrack during the bank

You have no idea how much this fact disturbs my 3 year old daughter.

I agree. I read all the love about The Descent and to me it was no different from The Hills have Eyes or some other nonsense. Mongoloid sub-human creatures hiding around and taking out scared young people. It's a tired plot. I guess you can get into the caving aspect which can be claustrophobic to some people.

She'd do herself a lot of favors just by laying low for a few months. Crying poor me a day later isn't helping her cause.

That scene at the end of ep. 5 with "Downtown" is one of the most incredible moments of TV I've ever seen. "I have the third movement"… man I lost my shit. Agreed, the overall season had some weak moments and I'm still conflicted about the finale. I want to love it but eye-rolled so hard when it was happening.

Good riddance.

Everyone who ever started listening to "Another One" fell asleep shortly after putting it on, so technically it doesn't exist.

Future you must me ready to kill yourself.

She always seem to be playing pretend in these goofy action movies. She's not athletic enough to pull off being a badass fighter. I guess she was pretty good in Lucy that those were more mind powers. I'd say she's more perfectly cast in movies like Match Point where she was so insanely sexy.

I don't know, maybe it had to do with there being a dress rehearsal earlier in the evening and they have the skits available to air just in case.

I thought Weekend Update wasn't live. Don't the show the recorded version from earlier in the day? I swear I thought I read that before.

Pot circa 2017 is a different animal than pot in the 1970's. You could casually smoke a joint and still function back then. Any more than a hit or two and today's weed will make you semi-catatonic.

Timeout. Ruth's Chris is way above Outback. Outback, Longhorn, etc. those are Red Lobster level restaurants. You can eat at any of them for under $20. Ruth's Chris isn't going to be the best steakhouse in town, but it's damn good. It's overpriced as hell, but it's a quality steak. Two people can drop a few

Where's the love for Kingsmen?

My least favorite part of Place Beyond the Pines by far was Emory Cohen playing Bradley Cooper's teenage kid. But after watching how awesome he was in The OA I've been wanting to re-watch it.
