Tuning a Mega Squirt. I have read many forum posts where people planned to use a megasquirt setup and plan to tune it them selves. I have found most of the time it ended in disaster. or they give up on that

I find that to also be the salesguy just being a total dick. I was looking at RX-8s a while back and a local Mazda dealership had a used one on the lot for $22k. It was early in search so I stopped in to check it out. The salesguy approaches me and we start talking about the car and what I am looking for. I tell him…
Well of course its good to ask the seller personally, They may not be truthful but at least you get can get a better feel of the situation. I know friends who have seen ads like "need money for school" and got all excited about using that as leverage to get a better deal. But on further inspection the cars were…
Soo true on the Mechanic Owner bit. I always tell friends to stay away from that. They always insist its a positive but in my experience knowing a few mechanics/ family members of mechanics. Thier personal vehicles are often in rough shape, unless its a weekend hobby car. I figure it may be due to the fact of spending…
To me I get suspicious when some one gives a reason for selling thier car. Ie. "Moving out of town dont need this car", or "going to school need the money", or another popular one "baby on the way". To me this is unimportant information that I have seen in a few instances to be misleading or out right lies. Case in…
V-Dubbers have taken that Pedo Bear sticker joke too far.
alcoholic beverages, mainly Beer. It may or may not be a Canadian thing, since come to think of it Ive only ever heard it on Canadian radio/ television.
Ha, i saw that ad this past weekend, or maybe it was the weekend before. Not going to lie but that joke blew right over my head. I cant remember which washroom had it. I had a few wobbly-pops in me when i saw it.
Talk about a friend of a friend's car. and how its much better than anything at the meet.
He's okay, he had his High visibility jacket in his trunk. But now its resting on the guardrail.
I realise this is sarcasm, but i know people who think that. But in my experience as long as you have a car that is decently reliable and clean, most girls dont care what it is.

Exactly, in many of the industrial parks in my area there are 2nd or 3rd shifts, especially for warehouses and transport trucks doing deliveries. These dont become abandoned like many seem to assume.
I often wonder; what happened to the T-Top?. I liked it, I get that it doesnt quite have the versatility of a convertible, and chassis engineering has come along way to give 'verts decent rigidity. But i like T-tops.
That works too but it's also a good idea to let the engine idle at rest to let the fluids (oil, coolant) flow around to evenly cool, maybe pop the hood to let out some heat. Especially if you've got a turbo. In which case putting it in gear isnt really an option.
Well after alot of hard driving involving heavy braking. Its a good idea not to engage the parking brake right after. This avoids ceasing the calipers or "welding" the pads/shoes to the Disc/drum. Just throw on a wheel chock and let them cool down
Looking at them, it seems that the GT5 watermark isnt edited out of most(edit maybe not most). Its just a faint ghost logo in the top right as opposed to the more prominent coloured Forza mark.
Well if i recall correctly most if not all generations of STIs have Top Mount intercoolers
To keep alert when tired I try to drive with the need to pee. Keeps my mind on something other than how drowsy I may be.
