We use https://deskun.com/+ Google Docs, works just fine.

I’ve been using Boomerang for quite a long time, it worked good, the only flaw - it is not free. There’s an extension for Google Chrome with mailtracking and snooze function with no limits per month for free. I hope someone will find it helpful too. Check it out here - https://deskun.com/
