Some chicks dig mass murderers.

Read that last night and then this review this morning. Can't believe the reviewer here didn't even mention the possibility or likelihood of Nora's story being a lie. Seemed to me that it was clear as day she was lying. Why else have the nun say "it's a nicer story?" earlier in the episode?

Nola vs Burton on YouTube. It's a scene from Banshee.

Did you look it up? One of the best scenes you'll ever watch.

One of the best episodes of tv ever.

I'd say there are at least a dozen better Netflix original series and almost all of them are difficult to watch for long periods of time. Iron Fist was horrible for all but a few episodes in my opinion. When you have as long as these Marvel Netflix shows have between seasons, that's rather pathetic.

Yes, I feel his acting has been overlooked for nearly three seasons. It's been fantastic. I guess it's easy to overlook it when you're sharing the screen with Carrie Coon.

Yeah, everyone will survive, but the show has followed through with killing main characters (Moira, Sara and Laurel). In five seasons, that's quite a few.

Yes

The entire cast is back next year, including Cassidy as a series regular as Black Siren so they're all fine. Kovar is dead (that was his skeleton they showed on the island).

This was a show that desperately needed fewer episodes per season to thrive (13 max). And even then, it probably should have only lasted two or three seasons. Due to the network's need of 20+ per year, this show became uninteresting to me by about episode 14.

I expect it will be fixed by the end of the first episode. If they don't, they're idiots.

I thought it was very clear that she died, but I've seen some question it. For what it's worth, Amy Brennaman said after the show that Laurie is dead, but will still appear in the finale.

"Film opinions aside on him, "

And he even set the opening credits to a song in season two that pretty much explicitly stated there would be no answers.

He's a vigilante, but the way he was dressed looks almost exactly like a tweet Archie comics sent out about catching up on The Black Hood comic on May 10th. I also think he's been confirmed for season 2.

I'm guessing the shooter is Black Hood (creator confirmed the shooter would be given a two word nickname) and he's a character we haven't met yet. He might be someone the CW ends up spinning off into his own series. I recall the creator mentioning him among the possibilities of future spinoffs.

Watch from beginning to end or skip it. Try another episode or two and if you don't like it, move on. Odds are you won't if you disliked the first episode as much as you did.

Exactly. The question is bullshit. The only acceptable answer is either No or I don't know for the two reasons you highlight.

If I'm Joe or Wally, I put a bullet through Barry's head before Iris is supposed to die. Problem solved.
