Ironic that you should mention Gods of Egypt. That was a film that the haters actually succeeded forcing into the ground. As a film, its actually pretty close to being about as a worthwhile watch as Thor or The Mummy. But saying a film is just bad isn’t as powerful a condemnation these days as saying it’s racist.

So I agree that Suicide Squad is a mess, but this site is getting a bit silly on its coverage of the film (“the film looks to be a mess”, “the film IS a mess”, “here are all the reasons it is failing”). Why all of this negative coverage on this, but cheer-leading on Ghostbusters?
