What are the odds that Audi would be able to transform any of these teams into something competitive

Chrysler? Feels like they are a half decade behind the other big makers. Nissan started strong but it feels like they are dragging... Maybe the Ariya will be a game changer. Jaguar also seemed like the are barely hanging on but I expect they can lose money for a long time...

If the cars don’t sell, the dealers will lower the price til they do. This stuff only lasts because people need something  now and can’t wait til supply matched demand.

She needs to sue him for the PTSD she is suffering from hitting him. Seriously she had zero chance to avoid him given when he becomes visible. If he was a car, nobody would have any sympathy for running a red light into on coming traffic. He had no way of seeing her to know the way was clear either. And it doesn’t

This would be the free market solution but customers hate it. Mark up all of year 1 by 20% and then cut the prices wouldn’t go over well. This also applies to things like new video game consoles. They could have released the PS5 at like 800 bucks and sold everyone. Then cut the price by 50 bucks every time demand is

Studies have consistently shown that being aware that you are being manipulated does very little to protect you. Hence why they are willing to pay 600k to Jenner to promote something even though everyone knows she is being paid to shill the product. Because paying her works to manipulate the younger generations

Yes that was makes it so funny.  If you want to be generous, they were assuming the battery pack would die at 100k. History has not shown that to be true. A hummer making it to 400k would be a unicorn....

Do you think Kendall Jenner is making 600k by influencing your parents or your generation?:) Your generation might have a different mindset but you are delusional if you don’t think that it isn’t falling for this stuff.

The best part of the paper was that the Prius could only go 100k miles but that Humme was good for 400k. When was the last time you saw a Hummer with 400k:)

It really isn’t either or. An environment that encourages vandalism also encourages other bad behavior. But man comes across as tone def. Say those CCTVs will be there to monitor crowd behavior and used to prosecute/ban fans who harass and vandalize and we would be saluting them for taking some action.... Later when

It is the difference in attitudes between isn’t it awesome that we provide an event for the top players in the community to get together and lets build a pro esports community that people want to watch and use that interest to generate more revenue for the company and players.

Most of the games start off where these events are just advertising. Some of them grow enough so that the scene it self starts generating revenue as people buy team merch and the like and pump money into the ecco system. But it can take a look of time/community building to go from one to the other. And a lot of games

It isn’t some impossible thing. But it is just one more thing to deal with  that they might decide isn’t worth it. I doubt they have a huge budget for this type of stuff.

Any company that is not able to deal with 100m’s of dollars of lawsuits has no business selling self driving cars. Your car will crash and it will kill/injury people. Maybe eventually we will decide that liability goes to the car owners and not the makers but right now ever crash is going to be going looking for flaws

Not every game can support pro e-gamers. I can see why the company doesn’t want to pay. Not allowing sponsorship deals seems a bit sketchier but it can get complicated as you dont want someone running some porn url on their jersey. Or having conflicts with companies that you have deals with. But unless the way to make

That is a problem that can be solved with insurance. I expect fewer claims and larger settlements. But just wait until you are sued because you weren’t using self driving tech and therefore 90% more likely to get into an accident....

That is why the base is on boat so that you can keep everything in sync.:) There are also several other proposed solutions for that specific problem. Space elevators don’t have to ignore physics to work. They do require some insane advances in engineering though. Right now we can grow like 6" carbon nanotube forests

These type of errors aren’t very common but do show up on a regular basis given how many stations there are. Maybe at some point that add in some more verification steps but there will always be someone that screws up.

It comes down to how long you are willing to wait for the car. It would be easy to have regional lots that can get you a car in say a week (well assuming any supply exists) but then you have to wait a week. And the dealer has to worry about you trying to undo the deal...

Even if every car is an EV, there is really no need for a 100 chargers. Or probably even 25. Planning for everyone in the complex to be charging at once is overkill. Ideally you would set it up so everyone can plug in and the charger figures out who to charge. At worst, you make people move their car when full (i.e.
