IDK about second rate beyond people wanting you to think that. We have had 2 Tesla S owners switch to Bolts at my work and a X owner go back to a Acura. These guys are all making well over a million a year so they can afford that “first rate” EV.

That is likely more to do with your body dimensions. One of the partners at my law firm got one and he is in absolute love with the seats. He is also built like a rail so he might be that one person they were made for.
4th Gear:
Is this a law that makes auto makers put sensors in the back that make a light and chime go off when someone is sitting there like the front seats? If so fuck that, I routinely put shit in the back that would make those sensors think a person was sitting there.
How do you know the car is functioning right and that valve is not prematurely damaged? Also buddy, I am not talking about Mitsu fixing a failure that didn’t happen, as I have said a few times the owner wants them to check out the head and make sure they didn’t put any gouges in anything or wear it prematurely, if…
If you leave a tool in the car you should be responsible for checking it out no matter the date as long as the customer can prove it was you, which in this case the guy pretty much has.

Which they should be checking on and that is what this guy wants, for Mitsubishi to make sure their negligence did not harm his car in a way that will cause that valve to fail before the rest.

Yup, I would be fine with chevy checking out a car that old if they left a tool inside it.
That’s the issue, he wants Mitsubishi to check out the car to make sure the socket didn’t do any damages, they told him to pound sand. Granted Mitsubishi is joining the likes of Uber with the self inflicted corporate damage so I guess this is the response you should expect even if the car was in warranty. It’s just…
Thanks for proving my point with your first sentence. This is bad business for something that literally won’t show up on their accounting sheets as a blip. They should still check to make sure their fuck did not prematurely wear anything because again, they are 100% at fault here.
Sorry, there is no limit to when a tool left behind is OK. This is their fault and they should at least check it out. Basically what you are saying is a car maker can design a car to only last the length of the power train warranty and put in some kind of engineered failure and they are off the hook because the…
What, was he supposed to spot check their work at mile 5? Also it is a halo car in every sense of the term even for Mitsubishi even if it is not a very expensive one.
Seeing as Mitsubishi directly contributed to this situation through fault of their own they should be covering it. It’s not like a forgotten socket is part of the design of the motor or something that will wear out and eventually break like something the warranty is there to cover until it runs out.
Did I read that right, people want an apology from Dodge because some murderous scumbag used one of their cars to kill someone?
Well being stuck on a freeway with 100 cars in front and behind you makes finding another route a bit hard don’t you say? Also leaving your car in the middle of the road is possible but will end up costing you a LOT in the long run.
And as I have said a few times it turns out service date is whenever the dealer marks it as in service, which could be well before the buyer takes possession of it if they are less then honest or there was some other fuck up along the way.
Yet they say the actual number further down. It is just bad writing.
The jet cares a lot what the ground is doing below a particular altitude.
Why is this an argument people are having still? Oh right, people are stupid.
