You are right. NCLEX thinking is wildly different than real word thinking. I just got my certification in nursing (I work on a Telemetry floor, so the certification is the PCCN) and had to pass an NCLEX type test. Thank goodness that is over.

I’m 50 years old and I do the same thing. I make hundreds and hundreds of flash cards that I carry around everywhere I go. I also have to find the right pen, although I’m not that picky about it. I found pens I like from the dollar store. Since I can never hold onto a pen, it’s best I buy them in bulk.
